Yes, all bookings include a $250 service fee, which covers travel (within a 20-mile radius), setup and breakdown, bar tools, and basic decor. This is non-refundable.

Yes, Tipsy Barista is fully licensed and insured for peace of mind at your event. We can also provide COIs (Certificates of Insurance) to venues upon request.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, minus the $250 service fee. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
We are based in Nashville, TN and service the surrounding area. Travel beyond 20 miles may incur an additional fee, which we’ll confirm during booking.
